How do I enquire about a product?
Choose a LOOK reference from the product collection and use its enquiry link. Include quantity, colours, sizes and destination. You can contact XINYE by email or phone.
What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order is 50 pieces per colour. Send the LOOK references, colours, sizes and quantities for confirmation of the order specifications. Sample and bulk-order timing is confirmed for each order.
How long do samples and orders take?
Ask for a sample schedule and a separate production or dispatch schedule for the selected styles. Provide your required arrival date and confirm timing before placing an order.
Which materials are used?
The published catalog includes garment-specific composition and colour records. For example, LOOK 03 ivory V-neck sweater lists 70% wool and 30% cashmere. This blend applies to that garment, not the entire collection. Check each selected product and confirm the final order specification; ask about any required testing documents.
How are quality requirements confirmed?
Agree the reference sample, measurements, workmanship criteria and inspection arrangements before ordering. Include any packaging, care-label or destination-market requirements.
Can I enquire from outside China?
Yes, contact XINYE with your destination country and buying requirements. Shipping method, cost, timing and documents should be confirmed for the order.

Planning an overseas knitwear order
Can I split the order across colours and sizes?
The minimum order is 50 pieces per colour. List the quantity for each colour and your preferred size breakdown. Ask XINYE to confirm the available sizes and allocation for each selected style before ordering.
What should I confirm about shipping and arrival?
Provide the destination country, city and postal code when requesting a shipping quotation. Confirm the shipping method, dispatch estimate, transit estimate and which costs are included. Ask who will arrange customs clearance and pay any import charges. Production time and delivery time should be confirmed separately; no fixed delivery date is advertised.
What should be agreed before a bulk order?
Confirm the selected garment, fibre composition, colour, measurements, size quantities, reference sample, labels and packaging. Request the sample and bulk-order schedules for your specific order, then confirm the quotation and order details in writing.
Can I see factory photographs before making an enquiry?
Yes. The XINYE factory gallery contains seven photographs and five videos supplied by XINYE. Review the media alongside the company and wholesale buying facts, then contact the team about the selected styles. For a visit, confirm the factory address and appointment directly before travelling.
Custom and private-label knitwear questions
Can XINYE make knitwear from my design or reference images?
Yes. XINYE accepts customer-reference designs, colour changes and customer brand labels. Send front and back references, measurements, material requirements and label artwork. The garment specification and sample arrangements are confirmed for your project before ordering.
Does the 50-piece minimum apply to private-label orders?
Yes. The minimum order is 50 pieces per colour, including custom orders. Provide the quantity for each colour and a size breakdown so XINYE can confirm the order details.
Is a custom colour or material automatically available?
Colour changes are accepted as requests; the yarn, colour sample and final composition must be confirmed for your selected style. A photograph or another LOOK’s composition does not establish the material of your custom garment.
