1. Select styles

Browse the collection and note the LOOK references for the styles that interest you.

2. Send your requirements

Send your company name, destination country, estimated quantities and preferred delivery date by email.

3. Confirm before ordering

Discuss specifications, availability, pricing, sampling, delivery and payment terms with XINYE. Place an order only after both parties have confirmed the terms.

4. Agree sample and quality requirements

Before committing to a bulk order, discuss whether a sample is needed, what it will represent, its cost and timing. Record the agreed specification and acceptance criteria.

5. Confirm the order and delivery terms

Request written confirmation of quantities, colours, sizes, composition, price, payment terms, dispatch schedule and delivery responsibilities. Distinguish a dispatch date from an arrival date.

6. Arrange inspection and shipment

Agree the inspection method, packaging, labels and documents needed for your destination before shipment. These are suggested confirmation steps; the actual fulfilment process must be agreed with XINYE for the order.
